Boys in a boat

Whilst sitting in a local pub one evening and after drinking a couple of guest ales, Matt, Willie, Dave & Ben decided it was finally time to take on a challenge that we have been talking about for some time; the Warwickshire Ring. This seemed a good idea as it blends the relaxing side of narrowboating, through green and pleasant countyside, with the urban landscape of the UK's second city and the nightlife of the built up areas we will pass through.

 

The above was undertaken in 2013, so the only part of the local canal network we have not undertaken without having to meet the boat outside of its home in the full length of the Coventry Canal, into Coventry City Centre, so thats where we are heading.
